Insight Treatement Centers provide quality Anger Management for those struggling with feelings of rage and stress. Management classes focus on the consequences of anger while teaching techniques to avoid violent behavior. The Anger Management classes are designed to address the stressors of life that lead to inappropriate actions and violence.

Insight Treatement Centers also provide counseling for couples in trouble with their marriage.We teach couples how to discuss their needs and how to communicate their underlying emotions before the stress makes them resort to anger, violence or drugs.

In addition we also provide confidential anger management services for employees of private industry and city government.
